Live broadcasting of a 3-day course from the Gregorio Marañón Hospital

Within the Theoretical-Practical Course on Middle and Temporal Ear Surgery which was held at the Gregorio Marañón Hospital in Madrid, the following surgeries were rebroadcast: TPL with Masteidectomy, Cochlear Implant, Otoneurosurgery and Neurinoma.
At a technical level, the signal was sent from operating room 19 of an operation performed in the operating room, through a circumstantial optical fiber that was installed for this purpose, to the classrooms of the Teaching Pavilion building, where the students are following live and can intervene in real time for questions and clarifications.

A laparoscopic tower with a double camera from which the intervention was carried out was introduced to the performance, mixing the signal with data that were given to us through the computer equipment, so that the assistants could simultaneously see the combination of the live signals.
